The Shawshank Redemption

I decided to do an experiment and listen to a movie while on a flight today. Not just the film's audio, but the Audio Description. Sort of like an audiobook. I picked Shawshank because I've seen it a million times. Next time I'll choose a movie I've never seen before.

Casablanca

Me doing that DiCaprio point at the TV meme every time they say one of the memorable lines. I would die for Sam. What great dude. I don't think Ilsa knows what "humming" means. Ethical non-monogamy would have fixed several of these problems. Not the Nazi stuff... But the other bits.

North by Northwest

Hitchcock didn't break the mold, he crafted it. This film was so much funnier than I expected it to be. Could've been a bit tighter in the middle (for me... I mean who am I to tell Alfred Hitchcock how to make a movie), and that abrupt ending was a wild decision, but overall really stood up to the hype. Also, this is review #2 asking Film Streams to follow me 💜.
