How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies
I have no more tears left. I cried throughout the entire last hour of the movie and now I have a headache.
This movie made me want to go and live in my grandparents house's and never ever leave.
I'm so thankful that my grandparents are alive, and it always scares me that someday they won't be there anymore, that there won't be a house to go to every week to gather.
The scene of M and his grandma playing cards and joking around reminded me of when we used to have sleepovers in my grandparents house when we were younger in every vacation, and I bursted into tears again because we don't do that anymore.
Grandparents' loneliness as their children grow up and have families of their own and adulting is something very evident and I see so often in my grandparents, even when we try our hardest to keep them company and insist on them sleeping over every other week in one of their childrens house for a change of scenery and so they won't be alone.
It's even more evident when you consider that grandparent don't use the internet or newer technology, they can't pass their time with stuff the way we do, so the days must drag for so long for them.
I wanted to watch a movie that will make me cry and I picked exactly the right one to wreck me and make sure I never recover from it.
