The Mandalorian and Grogu

Basically they wrote 4 episodes, packed them together and called it a movie... You can really see where each episode were supposed to end as the pacing is dropping 3 times. Not a bad story, just not at all adapted for a movie. Nice as a background watch rather than focussing on it.

Silicon Valley

This is a comedy... without humour in it. It is not funny, cringe at best, they throw a shit lot of tech terminology that makes it uninteresting for anybody not into dev or IT. The characters don't evolve at all, you could take them for last episode of season 4 and swap with them in the second episode aand the series would be identical. They'd have the same behaviour, make the same stupid mistakes, etc... Except maybe Jared who seems different, better as the end approaches. I'm very disappointed not because this is a bad show, but because I was expecting a comedy, something light to unwind. It is clearly not. This is a tech drama with a touch of comedy, not the other way around.

Ready or Not

I loved it much more than i expected to. It's horrory, borederline gory, but also funny, without falling into the parody or cheap jokes. I am just very disappointed by the ending: I would really have preferred a self-fulfilling prophecy than Satan actually killing the survivors. Something like the are killed one by one by Grace defending herself or each other accidentally as than already happened multiple times in the movie, or even the manor bursting in flames and them trapped inside by the electric locks. It would have left a doubt (even if the apparition on the chair proved Satan really does exist), could they have survived the game if they weren't so certain they wouldn't?
