The cut of this episode on Amazon is two minutes longer than the Rakuten VIKI version… Or maybe VIKI's copy is "shorter"? Kinda strange. I wonder what the difference is. Maybe I'll come back and compare them. Also, I definitely thought Kotoko was faking the sprain. Biggest question though: What year is it? I'm guessing early 1990s, based on when the original source material started serialization. That would explain why nobody has a smartphone, and why Kotoko couldn't just look up her new house's address when Naoki was walking her there at the end.
