I loved every single minute of this movie. It is the perfect mix between comedy and action. One of the best movies of 2025 !

Mr Beast in 20 years

While it's a decent entertainer, this ain't my Edgar Wright. Just 2 movies in the last 8 years after Baby Driver, and none of them has that signature Edgar Wright style. Bring me that OG Edgar back. This can't be it, this is one of those movies that you'll just forget it exists and won't have any rewatch value later. Very very generic, could have been directed by literally anybody else, and would still be the same.

It's not the best film, but his mission is taken...action and entertaining...

I was entertained, but last 30 mins was confusing and last 10 minutes felt rushed. Like why not show exactly how he survived the aftermath of the plane ejection snd lead a revolution? But it makes you think about our future. Its kind of heading that way. I'm not ecstatic about what the UK labour govt is doing right now, consequently driving out high net worth tax payers out of the country who contributed the lion share of the nations tax burden. But this film actually made me think whether this was the right direction in avoiding extreme two tier societies of the slum dwelling have nots and the affluent class. I mean class division has always existed ofcourse but imagine needing to pass some kind of airport level security to get to the other side of town. dunno what I'm thinking, it's 5am and I haven't slept yet.

Not going to lie I expected this to be bad but actually I think it was much better than the old Arnold version. So yeah I liked it.
