entertaining and cringy. fun watch, and not too long. these screenwriters were chosen to purposefully make me roll my eyes every 5 minutes

I have wanted a sequel to Tron: Legacy for so long, so my expectations were very high initially. They had been lowered a bit since Jared Leto was cast and the not so great reviews. After finally watching it, I'd say it's an okay movie!
I love the visuals (seeing '80s Tron was so cool!) and it's hard to beat Daft Punk but Nine Inch Nails made a great soundtrack.
I didn't care too much about the story or the characters. Still hoping for a true sequel to Tron: Legacy but that's a tall order :(
The fact that Jared Leto didn't drive every second of this is really the only reason I could watch it at all. I appreciated Greta Lee's efforts to work with a franchise that should've never had a sequel to begin with.

Artık eski, başarılı yapımların devamını önümüze “hazır marka” mantığıyla getirmemeleri gerekiyor. Eskiden en azından bir özen, bir düşünülmüşlük hissediliyordu. Şimdiyse sadece tutmuş yapımların isminden faydalanıp para kazanmaya çalışıyorlar. Gerçekten yazık… Başka da bir şey demek mümkün değil.
Just finished it — sharp visuals, great music, tight story. Jared Leto nailed Ares, hate aside. If you liked Tron, you’ll like this. Quick, stylish, and worth the watch.
