Loved the end of the episode, like I really did get so caught up in the Batista of it all that I totally forgot that Charley might be following him too. I wonder how much else she saw? Like it would definitely be hard to explain away his kill room if she saw it

@Bexie Hexie He didn't kill her because he wanted to murder people though, it was because his sister killed herself, and wanting to kill Dexter was more self defence. It would be a huge twist if it was him, but then maybe it could be that after Dexter was presumed dead his fear that Dexter would come after him again disappeared so he starts following in his dad's footsteps, but still I think it's unlikely
