I don't see not being able to cry as the indicator of like guilt? that everyone seems to think it is, but I will say that listening to her talk, what she said, the way she said it, it all felt very rehearsed. But if not for that, I would easily believe her. I feel life I've met guys like Robby and experienced that instant love and connection that I imagine Lindsay might have felt, and I can understand how heartbreaking it can feel when you feel like there's nothing you can do to help someone you care about. And I do believe he asked her to kill him, I'm just not sure I believe he really meant it, or perhaps that he thought she would actually do it, or that he didn't fight back at all.
I know people think that cop was doing a good job when he was interrogating her, but I didn't like it. I guess she waived her right to having a lawyer present, but I think he was too friendly with her, which I know was intentional to get her to be more open with him, but that's why I don't like it. And yeah, I think she should've had a lawyer there. Never make a cops job easier for them!! Especially a situation like this, where they already know you're guilty, having a lawyer isn't what's going to make you look guilty. If i'm learning anything from this documentary it is that it is so easy to say something stupid, that maybe isn't even true, that can then be used against you (I don't even necessarily mean legally, just like the way these cops will take what you say and run with it)
