I don't remember the small storylines at all but I remember being properly grossed out when I watched S01. Why can't all the "normal villagers" just move the fuck out? It's like an open secret and everyone knows or feels something deeply disturbing is happening there. 🤮 I'm so squeamish but I can't stop watching it! It's that good.
