Sons of Anarchy

Sons of Anarchy seasons 1-4 are one of the best things cable TV produced. Jax Teller is a compelling antihero and the club's internal politics create genuine drama. Charlie Hunnam committed fully. Katey Sagal is incredible as Gemma — one of TV's great antagonistic matriarchs. The later seasons have real problems but the peak is very high.
