Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

SVU has been on forever and honestly it's still worth watching. Mariska Hargitay carries this show on her back through every cast change and format shift. The early seasons are the best but even in later years there are genuinely compelling episodes. One of the most reliable procedurals ever made.
