Jaan Rannap (September 3, 1931 – November 1, 2023) was an Estonian children's writer and track-and-field athlete. His father was a teacher Jaan Rannap, his brother is a music teacher and pedagogical scientist Heino Rannap and his nephew is musician Rein Rannap.
