I know these are cheesy B-movies but they are still a fun rainy day watch, which is how I think I initially found them. But I do enjoy this world and especially the series, The Librarians (https://trakt.tv/shows/the-librarians-2014), that spun off from the movies and is a blast and a half. However, the new 2025 series, The Librarians: The Next Chapter (https://trakt.tv/shows/the-librarians-the-next-chapter), leaves much to be desired and only made it 1 episode. Returned to the movies to see if they were as bad as the new series to try to give that some grace but there's just something missing and the team doesn't seem as fun as the original series' trio.
