As much as Guy Ritchie gets shit for some of his recent directorials not being life-changing or something, me personally have always looked forward to his new ventures. Guy has been one of my favourite directors for a long time now and I enjoy his style. While Guy Ritchie's The Covenant is polar opposite of what his direction brand is, he still didn't miss and delivered his much better film since The Gentlemen back in 2019. Also the film has Jake Gyllenhaal in lead, i mean we were already supposed to be hooked to the screen, right??

Disappointed in Jake Gyllenhaal’s performance but I was wowed by Dar Salim. The story was great but there was a lot of emotion missing from this.

The musical scores impressed me more than anything.
