This was a lot of fun. Not all that deep, really leans into the 80s cheesiness of it all. The main cast is great. It pains me to admit that the guy who plays Skeletor is really great in the role. I could go through all the flaws, but in the end, I had a good time. This also really didn't need to be almost 2.5 hrs long.

Welcome to the D&D Honor among Thieves club, where we make very good entertaining live action fantasy films of already popular pop culture media, but will never be able to make a franchise out of it because of the poor box office result.

I really wanted to love this, and honestly, I really did for the first 20 minutes. Everything past that felt like something I'd seen a million times before. If this had come out 10 years ago it would've been peak.

I had no expectations from this, but I found myself happily surprised. I did not like the fact they changed some things, like skeletor was not Keldor, which I loved. My favorite character since childhood, the sorceress, Morena killed it, loved it!

I think it was a good bit better than I expected, Downside is it's the He-Man franchise so a bit silly/cheesy by default..
