Extra point for nostalgia. I caught the last half or so of this ages ago as a kid, in a hotel somewhere, and decided to finally find out how this wacky adventure started. Unfortunately, adult me has discovered that the writing isn't terribly tight and _wow_ are the characters one-dimensional.
