A great movie that really gives an insight into the world of film making, especially before computers, all of that with some greatly entertaining drama to tie it all together and some quite interesting characters. Truffaut really wanted to show how chaotic filming a movie truly is and he definitely achieved that, and with the engaging plot he not only educates the viewer but also created a greatly entertaining work. Overall a solid 9.5/10, it won't change your perspective on life but it does however make for a great movie.
