One of the smartest family comedies ever made and hugely underrated in modern conversations about sitcoms. The chaos of the Wilkerson family is grounded in real emotional truth and Bryan Cranston clearly loved this role. Hal and Lois are underrated TV couple icons who deserve more recognition.

The mythology and historical drama combine really well and the first four seasons especially are excellent. One of the best historical dramas made.
