Wow, I never expected a simple story about smoking behind a supermarket to be this enjoyable and charming. The anime has been fantastic so far, and the characters are incredibly easy to get attached to. I thought the anime might become repetitive since every episode revolves around the same place and the same smoking spot, but it handled that concern amazingly well. The stories told in each episode were engaging and naturally woven into the overall narrative. The relationship between the two main characters is especially fun to watch. I really loved this episode and the reveal that he saved her from a troublesome customer eight years ago. The fact that neither of them remembers it actually makes perfect sense. I also appreciate that neither character is portrayed as perfect. Six amazing episodes so far. I really hope there's much more to come, and I can't wait to see their relationship continue progressing at this slow and natural pace.
