Merlin, the immortal son of the bard Taliesin and Atlantean Princess Charis, is followed through his tragic upbringing, descent into madness, and shocking disappearance, leading to the legend that surrounds him. Set before King Arthur's birth, Merlin, assumed dead or a myth, reemerges in sub-Roman Britain to unite the fractured kingdoms under threat from Saxon invaders.

If you thought C.S. Lewis wrote Christian overtones, at least those were original stories, these are fucking disgraces to the story or Myrddin, but either way, particularly with the remnants of Atlantis, their King is suddenly, after being pretty-much immortal, pure-on a fucking Jesus freak.
I understand taking liberties, I just wish brainwashing attempts were labeled properly, so people dumb enough to believe what they see on TV would not allow this horror-show of religious bullshit sway them.
That said, remove ALL Christian-brainwashing, as it's actually a fun story, I just need to ignore the ignorance of "Everyone Celebrates Christmas" as that literally means that "We force it down your throat"...
Sorry, I sound jaded ;)
Edit: I have ideas on shows for the show runners next show, see below
1) Columbus lands in America, and the Indigenous people taught HIM Christianity
2) The Vikings brought Christianity to England
3) India was only upset the occupation ended
4) England LOVED the Roman invasion (though that happened in this already)
5) The Crusades weren't violent at all, not from the Christian side, only those pesky people whose lands were invaded were violent.
6) The KKK, I mean White Nationalist Church (or whatever they call themselves now), was started by Jesus, who was white...
This is such a fucking joke, it's interesting to see the Merlin stories, but omfg, this is such a Christian bullshit story, only Christians can truly enjoy it, as it gives validation to the lies they tell (not an attack on religion, just lies)
