An intriguing cat and mouse thriller with a great setup; however, by the end of the first episode, I was annoyed with almost everyone and couldn't suspend common sense enough to find it believable. Each person Munchie (Colman Domingo), a CNN news journalist, meets or talks to after the killing seems to be skeptical (the cops), have an attitude (his family), or be in the know (FBI & YouTube journalist) about this conspiracy to set him up for the mysterious killing of the missing but well known supremacist leader he's been reporting about as they both happen to be in the same isolated locale. Maybe it improves as it goes on, but I yelled too much at episode one too much to continue. Idk maybe I just wanted someone on his side more from the start or something.
This show is one of the best shows of this year for me. There weren't that many good shows this year and many seasons of older shows got pretty bad.
I did not expect it to be as good as it waz, it's not the best and it has its flaws but it got me invested and interested all the way to the end.
Good job! I was pleasantly surprised, especially since it's a Netflix show. And it definitely deserves a much higher score than the 65 it has now. I do t really understand this rating, the lead actor and the main fbi agent did a great job, supporting cast was OK.
