Journalist and writer Graham Hancock travels the globe hunting for evidence of mysterious, lost civilizations dating back to the last Ice Age. He attempts to prove that a climatic event 12,000 years ago wiped out an entire civilization far more sophisticated than the simple hunter-gatherers some archaeologists believe lived at that time.

When you ask a question and don't give the person screen time more than "yea, when you put it like that it's intriguing", and cut while the person is clearly still talking (specifically Keanu Reeves), you know this show is just off the rails crazy.
This guy takes the science out of science, instead tells us, over-and-over, that he has been doing this for over 30 years, and then just makes sure he edits and narrates over everything to make it look like everyone agrees with him.
I understand why Joe Rogan was on last season, the two of them do great just throwing ideas out, but not worrying about proof; I really wanted to like this for the ideas, but this is just pandering garbage.

Mainstream science tell you Graham is a kook. Mainstream science also told you mask stop the spread of covid. Also, a vaccine prevents the spread. Graham has been consistent for decades.
I really wanted to enjoy this, but having someone like Joe Rogan frequency commenting on these theories takes so much away from any validity the archaeologists have.
there are many interesting theories presented, with facts I didn't know, it is an interesting watch (just ignore Joe Rogan's involvement)
Edit: Lowering this down from a 5 to a 3, as I looked into this guy more, and it is an utter shame Netflix let pseudo-science on their show, but it explains Joe Rogan's involvement so much more. To be clear, I am not saying anything he said could not be true, but I call this pseudo-science, as there is no science behind it if you took the Archaeologist, who refuses to allow his work be peer reviewed, solely out of blind faith, which is clouding ALL the ACTUAL science that dispute anything he says.
This was fun to watch, and posed some ideas, but understand that there is absolutely zero proven science to support anything he says, while there are quite a number of things that directly dispute parts of this ideas.
