If time is frozen, the computer shouldn't function. And Jack's program for cheating at Hangman can't possibly know when it's hit upon the correct answer, so it shouldn't stop cycling and it certainly shouldn't make sound effects indicating that it's found the answer.
I do like the overall feel of the episode, but the technical details are (as almost always) lacking.
