Joseph started acting at age 13. By the age of 18, Joseph had landed over a dozen film and TV roles, along with over 14 TV commercials. Joseph's break out role was of Vittorio Innocente, playing the icon Sophia Loren's son in Capri Film's TV Mini Series Drama Lives of the Saints, with this role Joseph won the Young Artist's Award in Los Angeles California.
