Born in Montreal, Canada, Alain Deslongchamps is a graduate of the Faculty of Communication at UQAM. As a film director, Bachelor of Arts in Communication, he initially studied filmmaking and screenwriting in Montreal before attending a filmmaking program at the New York Film Academy in 2004.
