Carolina Contreras Issa is a Bolivian actress and filmmaker. Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, in 2009 Carolina's family moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Carolina won runner-up in the Okotoks filmmaking mentorship program with her short film "Breathe," which she wrote, produced, edited, and starred in.
