Born in 1956, Nils Landgren began playing drums at the age of six, before finally discovering the Trombone at age 13. And between 1972 and 1978 was he studing classical Trombone at the music college in Karlstad with David Maytan, as well as at the University in Arvika with Ingemar Roos.
