Dimitrios "Mimis" Plessas (Greek: Δημήτριος «Μίμης» Πλέσσας; 12 October 1924 – 5 October 2024) was a Greek musician, composer, conductor and pianist. He began his career in 1952 and has written music for over 100 films, television and radio programs, and theatrical events.
