Phil DeLara was a Warner Bros. Cartoons animator and Disney comics, MGM and Hanna-Barbera artist. As an animator, he worked on Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck and later on Speedy Gonzales, and The Tasmanian Devil, among others.
