Mmakgosi Anita Tau is an award-winning writer-director from Botswana based in Syracuse, New York. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Film from Syracuse University and works in both fiction film and documentary. Tau has made films in Botswana, Ethiopia, the United States, and Zambia.
