Lin Yin was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. After touring Australia in the principal cast of Anchuli-Felicia King's 'White Pearl' with Sydney Theatre Company, Lin was cast alongside Sam Neill, Christoph Waltz and Miranda Otto in fantasy feature 'The Portable Door.'
