Trained as a filmmaker, Chia Meng has been actively involved in various aspects of film production since 2009. In 2013, he started directing music videos for Singaporean musicians as well as casting for feature films such as Anthony Chen’s ‘ILO ILO’ (2013) and Boo Junfeng's 'APPRENTICE' (2016).
