Fazil Salayev was born on September 1, 1931 in Baku to the family of Idris Salayev. They are from South Azerbaijan. Fazil Salayev played his first role in his 32, he became popular as a film actor. Director Hasan Seyidbeyli invites him to play an episodic role in "Island of Miracles" film.
