Vicenta, Marilín, Luisa, Victoria and eight other Venezuelan peasant women decided to become economically independent and form Mubay, an organic fertilizer producing cooperative. With the collaboration of different members of the community, they have managed to sustain production, overcoming numerous social and cultural obstacles.
