Classic slowburn action but it's actually more of a noir. The film has certain classiness to it assisted by the style of it's visuals. And the ensemble is easily the main drive behind this. Whether it maybe objectifying women or talking heist, there's just so much ununadulterated chemistry flowing through. This is more evident during the beautiful process of heisting where the non vocal communication comes into play and also helps increase the tension by changing the tone. The writing is certainly well knit as the film brilliantly sets up certain flaws to each individual beforehand and uses those weaknesses to their ultimate demise. This can mean the plot being somewhat predictable but it works right. Though every scene has its narrative importance, it does feel dragged out and action being dated also doesn't it help much either but other than that, it's a great film.
