I remember being in the cinema and deciding on a movie (back when that was a thing) and I was laughing at the idea of a 2h movie about Facebook. I was sure it would be boring and slow. Right from the start, though, it's quite fast-paced and kept me interested throughout the whole movie.I don't know how much of the movie is based on true events, but I am surprised they were allowed to use the actual names and design of Facebook. I have no idea how those rights work but I'd assume the Zucc wouldn't give permission if he had the choice. It took me years before I found out Armie "The Cannibal" Hammer doesn't have a twin (or he has eaten him since then). Seems like an unnecessary amount of trouble to make him play twins instead of getting real twins (although now that I think of it, the only twin actors I know of were shooting Harry Potter at the time). But gotta say he is a great actor in this, Garfield and Eisenberg are also phenomenal. And I can't praise the soundtrack enough.

Feels like I wasted sooooooo much time watching it

I'm watching this for the third time!

This movie is all about friendship, loyalty, greed and betrayal. With its smart writing and solid acting (especially by Jesse Eisenberg) I can say that this movie is one of the greatest movies of the new century.
