The story follows Kamasani, a business tycoon with terminal cancer whom seeks Mahabub, a mysterious recluse rumoured to possess a cure. After the expensive treatment Kamasani feels the cancer is reduced, but he starts having serious side effects; he hallucinates and becomes violent.
