Based on Vladimir Vinnichenko's short stories "The Moderate" and "The Sincere." The heroes of this ironic joke are the apolitical Samzharenok and the Ukrainian nationalist Nedotykanyi. One day, an extraordinary event takes place in the village, and the friends become enemies.
